Our company opened for business in 2008. We have 10 computer stations/users. Since the beginning, we have had problems with our internet access, and viruses from time to time. it was frequent to have whole days where our employees couldn't use their computers or contact customers. We had other companies come in to resolve our issues, only to have the same, or new issues arise.
3 years ago, we contacted Drabek Consulting who was referred to us by another friend who had used them. Sean Drabek came to see us to discuss all the issues each employee was having. He gave us a quote, that was extremely reasonable, to resolve and maintain our system. The choice was easy... lets do it.
They came to our office and within a few hours, everything was completed. What a difference!
As the owner, I will ask each employee if they have any issues with their computer or internet access. They always look at me like I'm asking a stupid question... Nothing to report. The past 3 years have been trouble free, and we haven't had any issues like before. Updates are performed on time, and we recently upgraded our virus protection that was seamless.
